I dont understand what this problem is related to whether CPU, iGPU, USB or something else. I feel like loosing track after reading a lot of threads related to to the 1683. Is it better first to upgrade to Catalina or get Big sur (maybe using gibMacOs or change system definition using Multibeast-Sierra or Catalina)?
